Clean fronts of cabinets and drawers

Wipe all counters / appliances including inside of microwave

Thoroughly vacuum and mop all bare floors

Vacuum all carpeted areas including all closets

Clean and disinfect all bathrooms

Wash ceiling fans and light fixtures in-place, by hand.

Hand wash all baseboards

Wash all doors and door frames

Wash all light switches

Vacuum or dust air return vents

Vacuum all carpet

Wash all moldings, trim, door frames and chair railing

Vacuum tops of curtains and drapes (dust and webs collect)

Dust blinds

The Fine Print

We never climb higher than a 2 step ladder. Anything beyond that reach will be dusted with an extension duster for safety reasons.

It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate a timely clean.

We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.

We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require an additional charge.

Kitchen:

Gather dishes around the house

Remove cobwebs

Dust all light fixtures ceiling

Clean chairs and table

Clean window over sink

Clean all light switches and door knobs

Clean inside of the microwave

Clean stove top and front of oven

Clean cabinets

Clean counter tops and back splash

Polish stainless steel and scrub sink

Empty trash

Vacuum and mop floor

Bathrooms:

Remove cobwebs dust shelves and pictures

Clean and buff on mirrors and glass

Polish towel rack and toilet paper holder

Clean all light fixtures

Clean front of cabinets, handles, window sills

Clean sink, shower, toilet

Common/Bedroom:

Remove cobwebs

Ask client “keep, donate, or dispose” on all items

The recurring checklist will be used to clean space

Repeat steps 1-3 ( clients can request one room or the entire house)
